Human oversight
AI in Auliq platforms supports decisions; it does not make consequential decisions on its own. Organizations stay in control, can review automated suggestions, and can always act without relying on a model.
How Auliq approaches artificial intelligence in the platforms it designs, develops, and operates.
AI helps us make our platforms more capable, and organizations use it through our products to work faster and smarter. We apply it deliberately: intelligence should serve the people who rely on our software, never quietly replace their judgment or compromise the trust they place in us.
AI in Auliq platforms supports decisions; it does not make consequential decisions on its own. Organizations stay in control, can review automated suggestions, and can always act without relying on a model.
Customer data is not used to train foundation models. AI features operate on an organization's data only to deliver the feature the organization invoked, under the same access rules that govern everything else in the platform.
When someone is interacting with AI output, we make that clear. We do not present generated content as if it were human-written, and we explain in plain terms what our AI features do and where their limits are.
We design AI features to avoid amplifying bias, and we evaluate them before and after release for behavior that could unfairly affect the people an organization serves. When we find problems, we fix them.
AI features inherit the same encryption, access control, and data minimization principles as the rest of our platforms. New capabilities never create a side door around an organization's controls.
AI moves quickly, and so does our thinking. We update these practices as the technology, regulation, and expectations evolve, and we document significant changes as we go.
These principles guide every AI capability we ship, across our generic platforms and industry-specific extensions alike. Questions about how AI works in a specific platform are welcome at ai@mail.auliq.net.
