Data Privacy
How Auliq approaches privacy for the people and organizations that use its platforms.
Auliq platforms store data on behalf of organizations, and those organizations are responsible for the data of the people they serve. Our role is to give them the tools, controls, and documentation they need to meet their own privacy obligations, while handling platform data ourselves with the same care.
Organizations control their data
Administrators in each organization decide who can access which records, how long data is retained, and whether data is shared with other systems. Our platforms make those controls explicit and easy to govern.
Individuals' rights
Where individuals have rights over their personal data, such as access, correction, or deletion, we support the organization in fulfilling them through export and data management tools. Requests directed to Auliq are forwarded to or coordinated with the responsible organization.
Data processing
When Auliq processes personal data on behalf of an organization, the terms are set out in our data processing documentation. We act only on documented instructions from the organization and assist them in meeting their obligations.
No selling and no advertising use
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use the data stored in Auliq platforms to build advertising profiles. Our business is software subscriptions, not data.
Cross-border handling
We are transparent about where data is processed and take appropriate safeguards for transfers. Organizations with specific residency requirements can contact us to discuss their needs.
