Purpose
Auliq is committed to maintaining an environment in which individuals can raise genuine concerns about suspected misconduct, unethical behavior, violations of company policies, security concerns, inappropriate conduct, fraud, corruption, conflicts of interest, misuse of company or customer resources, or other matters that may require review.
The Whistleblower Policy provides a mechanism for employees, contractors, partners, suppliers, and other appropriate stakeholders to report concerns in good faith without fear of retaliation.
Scope
Concerns that may be reported include, but are not limited to:
- Fraud, financial misconduct, or falsification of records
- Bribery, corruption, or improper payments
- Conflicts of interest
- Theft, misuse, or unauthorized use of company or customer assets
- Misuse or unauthorized disclosure of confidential information
- Privacy or data-protection concerns
- Cybersecurity or information-security concerns
- Serious violations of company policies or ethical standards
- Harassment, discrimination, retaliation, or other serious workplace misconduct
- Violations of applicable laws or regulatory requirements
- Deliberate concealment of serious misconduct
- Conduct that could materially harm customers, employees, partners, the company, or other stakeholders
Good-Faith Reporting
Reports should be made honestly and in good faith. Individuals are not expected to have complete evidence or certainty before raising a legitimate concern.
A person who raises a concern in good faith will not be subject to retaliation simply because an investigation does not substantiate the concern.
Knowingly submitting false, malicious, or deliberately misleading reports may itself constitute misconduct.
Confidentiality
Auliq will seek to handle reports and investigations appropriately and confidentially, consistent with the nature of the matter and applicable requirements.
Information will be shared only with individuals who have a legitimate need to know, subject to applicable legal, regulatory, security, and investigative requirements.
Non-Retaliation
Auliq does not tolerate retaliation against a person who, in good faith:
- Reports a concern
- Participates in an investigation
- Provides information or evidence
- Seeks guidance regarding a potential violation
- Exercises a legally protected right
Retaliation concerns should themselves be reported through an appropriate reporting channel.
Investigation and Response
Reported concerns may be reviewed and investigated according to their nature, seriousness, and applicable requirements.
Where appropriate, Auliq may take corrective, preventive, disciplinary, operational, technical, or other appropriate action based on the findings.
Responsibility
Everyone working with or for Auliq has a responsibility to act with integrity and to raise serious concerns when they become aware of conduct that may conflict with Auliq's standards.
