Our hiring process, stage by stage
While details vary by role, every process follows the same general structure:
Hiring at Auliq is designed to be transparent, respectful of your time, and focused on the real work of the role. This page walks through our process, our commitments to you as a candidate, and answers to common questions.
A hiring process you can trust: clear stages, honest feedback, and decisions based on merit.
While details vary by role, every process follows the same general structure:
Every application submitted through careers.auliq.net is read by a member of the hiring team, not screened out by keyword filters alone. We look for evidence of craft, ownership, and alignment with the role, and we evaluate candidates on qualifications and merit alone.
You will hear back on the status of your application, and we aim to respond within two weeks of submission.
A short conversation with a recruiter or hiring manager to cover your background, the scope of the role, compensation expectations, and your questions about Auliq. This is as much for you to assess us as the reverse.
Usually two to three conversations with the people you would work with, focused on the real work of the role: problem-solving, past work, and collaboration. We keep the process relevant and avoid repetitive rounds, and we will tell you the format up front.
We aim to make a decision within a week of the final interview and communicate it directly, either way. Offers include role scope, compensation, and benefits, with room for questions before you commit.
These are the standards we hold ourselves to in every hiring process:
Auliq is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer. We provide equal employment opportunity regardless of race, creed, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, national origin, disability, age, genetic information, veteran status, marital status, pregnancy or related condition (including breastfeeding), expecting or parents-to-be, criminal histories consistent with legal requirements, or any other basis protected by law. Employment eligibility is never determined on the basis of a protected characteristic.
Our full internal commitments are set out in our Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Policy at /legal/eeo.
