Notifications and workflows
Set notification defaults, verify approval chains route to real people, and confirm every workflow has an owner who understands it.
Data and integrations
Confirm initial data has been loaded and validated, integrations are connected with monitored credentials, and reporting reflects the loaded data.
Support path
Publish how users get help: who the administrator is, where guides live, and how issues escalate. A known support path is the difference between adoption and shadow systems.
